the rest of Eden Island, to reflect the unique architecture of the Seychelles. Big
ample spaces, with plot sizes ranging between 230m² to 700m², and spacious verandas
ensure that the idyllic outside will always be a part of your home. No more than
three maisons are connected to each other, facing away from one another and featuring
unique landscaping between each maison to optimise not only your privacy, but also
your views.
With a barbecue provided, a private kitchen yard including a washing machine, dryer,
oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge and air conditioning throughout, as well as
your own mooring directly in front of your maison or in the Eden Island Marina plus
